Information on the right of withdrawal

 

 

1. Free initial consultation

 

There is no right of withdrawal for our free initial consultations, as these are services provided free of charge.

A right of withdrawal applies only to paid contracts concluded following the consultation.

 

 

2. Right of withdrawal for paid contracts

 

If you enter into a paid contract with us as a consumer, for example for the installation of solar control films, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fensterheld OG, Rinnböckstraße 35–43/12/9, 1110 Wien, office@fenster-held.at, +43 1 2676891) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post or email.

 

 

3. Effects of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction.

 

 

4. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

 

The right of withdrawal expires early if, at your express request, we have fully performed the service during the withdrawal period and, before the service began, you both expressly agreed that we could start performing it and acknowledged that you understood that full performance of the contract would end your right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
